umm Evan what do you mean by great shots?! I normally just point and shoot stuff (except for work-related pictures which takes half an hour to setup for a picture). This picture above here was nasty as the boat captain drove us right into the mist and tried to drown the camera (had a make-shift grocery store plastic bag over the camera with the lens' tip poking out the bag). And then I took the picture right after coming out from there. All I remembered is.... water shot - shutter priority mode, always try to use 1/1500 second or faster, and then click while the captain was quickly cruising away.
