These are participants in a motorcade for campaigning politicians. The people come out of their homes to watch the motorcades pass by knowing that candy will be tossed to the children but fellow vehicles sharing the roadway find them cumbersome as they congest the roadways.
Ah the JEEPNY ! I like going on those especially now the TAXIS have gone up so much-- I hope to get sitting next to a pretty young Filipina Student but usually I get an Old Auntie holding a Chicken !
