One and sometimes two or more Combine Harvesters take the crop down. They have airconditioned cabs plus all mod cons and are equiped with very powerful lights which means that they can harvest the crop in the dark if necessary. The grain is seperated from the stalks and these are ejected out of the back of the harvester. The stored grain is periodically transferred to a tractor/trailer which travels alonside during the transfer process.
