Can you say smooth? The transition to the out of focus area with this lens is simply stunning! I cannot wait to get my hands on one of these. This is definitely a keeper! My pre-order is already in at PopFlash :)
A quick shot 'from the hip' as I walked past these Bikers at Southend-on-Sea,Essex on August Bank Holiday. I used my 'new' lens, a 24mm f2.8 CARL ZEISS JENA marked'Made in Japan under licence' which I got in a car boot sale for £10 in as new condition. I used outdated 2005 Tudor 100 film rated at 64 ASA.

I got a new lens at a car boot sale for £10 -- a CARL ZEISS JENA 24mm f2.8 marked'Made in Japan under licence' - it was as new, no fungus --- it is NOT in the Zeiss lens list here.
