I have replaced the photo with the "re-worked" one; Now it is ia little more tighter on the right :( It certainly looks better though.

I agree, this could be a shot used for a ad for a market or something. They say a good photographer can make the ordinary seem extraordinary and you certainly achieved that with this shot.

This church is the Marienbasilika in Kevelaer, a small town in Germany, where millions of pilgrims travel each year. They come to see the famous sanctuary "Consolatrix afflictorum", a picture of Maria (mother of Jesus), which is supposed to comfort those who are sad.
